Brand Activations & Retail Experiences

Brand experiences built from the ground up. From live commerce and influencer dinners to in-store wellness activations and grand opening events, every moment across Aroma360's 25+ retail locations was conceived, coordinated, and executed end to end.

WhyNot, Whatnot — Las Olas A live Whatnot show brought directly to the floor of our Las Olas store. The activation generated $24K in retail sales and $4K in Whatnot sales, proving that live commerce and physical retail can work together seamlessly.

Alma Matcha x Aroma360 — In-Store Activation We partnered with local matcha brand Alma Matcha to bring a matcha bar directly into our retail space. The collaboration was designed to attract a wellness-minded audience and introduce Aroma360 to a new demographic. Our green collection and pumpkin spice fragrance were front and center, mirroring Alma Matcha's signature fall drink and creating a fully cohesive brand moment.

Influencer Dinner — Omaske Restaurant 22 influencers. A 3-course menu and cocktails inspired by Aroma360 fragrances. An evening designed to be experienced and shared. Each guest left with a gifted perfume, a personalized discount code, and content that drove intentional foot traffic back to retail.

Grand Opening — Dallas West Village Our first ever three-day grand opening event, and it set a new standard. Guests lined up around the corner before doors opened each morning. Every day had its own programming and exclusive offer, building momentum across the full weekend.

Thursday kicked off with a ribbon cutting, open bar, and complimentary gifts for the first guests through the door. Friday brought wines, signature cocktails, and limited product offers. Saturday closed the weekend with mimosas, bagels, and giveaways for the first 50 guests.

The result: $10,787 in total sales across 37 transactions and a 183% ROI.

Guided Meditation — Coral Gables, Merrick Park Aroma360 has always lived at the intersection of scent and wellness. This activation was about making that tangible. We partnered with local meditation guide Vicky Diaz to host an in-store guided session, using our scented pillows as meditation cushions and gifting each guest one to take home. A deliberate step toward building real roots in the local wellness community.

Wellness Event Series — Kimpton Surfcomber, South Beach We partnered with a curated wellness event series to bring Aroma360 into one of Miami's most elevated hospitality settings. The workout was led by Starr Hawkins, one of Miami's most sought-after Pilates instructors, drawing 100 to 150 health, fitness, and beauty-focused guests per event.

Aroma360 was integrated at check-in, placing our scent at the very first touchpoint of the guest experience. The activation also served as a strategic test of outdoor experiential scenting, reaching a highly aligned wellness audience during peak New Year intent.
